Welcome to The Edgewater Hotel high-speed Internet (the “Service”). The Service is being provided by The Edgewater Hotel, in conjunction with 5NINES LLC. Your use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these Use of Service.

The Edgewater will make every effort to maintain the captive portal website and the services so that they are available to our guest but, are provided on an “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties or liability of any kind. Neither the Edgewater nor 5NINES LLC shall be subject to liability for any information, delays or interruptions of the website or the services from whatever cause.

Use of the Service

The Service is made available provided:
